Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. All orders will receive a tracking number and will be shipped USPS.

Any custom orders may take 1-4 weeks to be shipped depending on the custom order specifics. All custom orders will be notified through email with updates on your order.

Please refrain from asking for order updates unless there is a change or problem with your order.

Before any of Tranquil Elegance products are crafted, the area is throughly cleaned, cleansed, & blessed with the intention of love, healing, and Reiki energy. Each product is made by my hands with full individualized attention with specific 100% USDA Organic Certified herbs and oils.

Please double check the shipping address before submitting your order to limit the chances of any shipping and delivery mishaps . Shipping addresses cannot be changed once order is placed. Once your package leaves my hands it will be shipped USPS. I'm Sorry but I am not responsible for any shipping delays, incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses that could result in your package being returned, lost, stolen, abandoned or undeliverable. Unfortunately, I am unable to issue any returns or exchanges for any of Tranquil Elegance's orders and/or

custom orders.
